What do error codes E, UE or 4E on the display mean?
Most of these codes point to a water level or water input problem. We measure the level and test the valve and sensor, and in most cases it is a simple fix completed in the same visit.
How do you source the Samsung parts?
We use spare parts from a spare parts supplier. We verify the model number before fitting, and we record the part source on the hand-over note together with the warranty period.
How long does the warranty last on a Samsung repair?
We give a 3 month warranty on parts and labour for every Samsung washing machine repair. If the same fault returns within that period we come back and deal with it at no extra cost.
