Privacy Policy

Scope of this policy

This policy explains how we handle the data you send us when you call, message us on WhatsApp, or request a repair.

We are a service business operating across the districts of Makkah, with no registered office that customers visit, so we do not ask for a permanent address and we do not keep permanent records of visitors.

Information we collect

We mainly collect what we need in order to contact you: your name or contact name, your mobile number, the type and brand of the machine, a description of the fault, and the visit time that suits you.

If you ask for an invoice or a written warranty, we keep the minimum data needed for that.

We do not ask for and do not store ID numbers, bank details or identity photographs through this website.

How we use your data

We use your data to arrange the technician visit, confirm the appointment, carry out the repair, issue the warranty, and contact you about the request.

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it out, and we do not share it with other parties for marketing.

How long we keep data

We keep repair request data for as long as we need it in order to follow up on the warranty and handle any later claim.

Enquiries that do not turn into a repair are deleted shortly after there is no purpose in keeping them.

Cookies

This site does not place tracking cookies on your device, and we do not use behavioural analytics to measure your visits.

If we ever add a measurement tool, we will update this policy and state clearly what is collected and why.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and object to its use for contacting you.

We respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can access your data.

Contacting us

For any privacy question, call 0550938913 or send a WhatsApp message to the same number with the word "privacy" in the message.

We follow the Saudi regulations in force on the protection of personal data, and we never share your data with a third party for marketing.
